Coulda SHOULDER Woulda



Before I really got into working out and fitness blogging, I struggled with sports injuries and surgery for a while. I wore a sling on three consecutive years from accidents on the rugby and soccer fields.


Everyone has their own journey in life and in fitness. No matter how difficult things get, don’t give up the fight. As long as you’re doing your best, things will get better. You will be stronger and you will be happier.
