Small Ears, Big Appetite

Nutrition is absolutely important to my fitness goals. I do my best to add enough protein, fruits and vegetables to my balanced diet. Anyway, here's how I eat and drink to fuel my workouts:

1. I normally eat cereal in morning before my gym session. I add collagen, plain Greek yogurt and almond milk to an already high-protein cereal. Sometimes it's granola with a similar concoction.

2. After working out, I have a protein shake and head home for the sequel of my breakfast.

3. Breakfast #2 is could be something like eggs, ground beef and shredded cheese in corn-tortillas taco or on brown rice. Back in the day, it was turkey bacon, eggs and avocado. Sometimes it's leftover shrimp tortellini or ice-cream-soaked French toast. Regardless, brekkie #2 is always delicious protein packed.

4. Since I get hungry every 3 hours or so, I snack or have fruit smoothies.

5. Lunch and dinner could be rice, pasta, chicken, salmon, or whatever I feel like.

This is not nutritional advice, I'm just blogging about what I eat. We all have different fitness goals, dietary preferences and more. What works for me may not work for you.
